Can I cancel the order ?
You can cancel the order only before the payment.After the paymen= t only product change is available.Cancellation and and cash return policy = is not available if we design your own products .We do not accept returns s= ince all products are customised
Liked a product, but you think it would be bigger size? We also ha= ve in house alteration services where in we can alter the product according= to your size. Give us your measurements and we will try to make the produc= t a better fit.We can accept alteration only based the following conditions=
-After the product design aproval no any changes are allowed.
-Returns will be accepted only if there is size issue, printing error or if= product received by you is damaged or incorrect
-Returns will be accepted only if there is a manufacturing problem either o= n product or material wise.
-Product should be in the same condition that you have received it.
-Product should be returned with its Invoice & original packaging.
-To return, you need to courier the product at the address mentioned on web= site
